2024 FOCUS
On Vision Sunday 2024, our Senior Pastor Paul Jukes outlined the focus for the coming year; a year of being rooted.

In 2024, we will continue to work the focus through the following key areas:
- Jesus Centred
- Rooted
- Together
- Broad
- Far Reaching
KEY PHRASES
Throughout 2024, there are three phrases that will helps us articulate the vision of being rooted. Based on the scriptures below, we aim to focus on the Bible, relationships and by being a light locally, nationally and internationally.
- Rooted in the Bible
- Rooted to Relate
- Light on a Hill
KEY SCRIPTURES
Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither whatever they do prospers. (Psalm 1:1-3 NIV)

PRACTICAL OUTWORKING
As part of our focus for 2024, there are a number of initiatives that we would like to support over the year to help us to be rooted in the bible, in relationships and to be a light on a hill.
Rooted in the Bible:
- How to read the bible (small groups, kids, youth)
- ‘Going Deeper’ Nights
Rooted to Relate:
Relate to God
- Get Your Life Back book by John Eldredge
- Pause App
- Prayer and Worship Nights
Relate to One Another
- Create space to relate in small groups and in ministries
- Sundays (e.g. picnics)
Light on a Hill:
- Apostolic Hub
- Support Pastor / Church – Land in Uganda
- Mission trip
