EASTER EGG COLLECTION

Over Easter, we collected and donated 500 Easter eggs to every child in 2 local primary schools as well as making a contribution to a third school’s own collection! Thank you for your generous donations and thank you for your kindness!

EASTER PLAY AND READ

Over 200 people came to Thrive at Five’s exciting and fun-filled event – Easter Play and Read on Wednesday 27th March, 11:00am – 2:00pm.

We celebrated Easter with an incredible event that combined the joy of play and the magic of reading. Families had a day filled with laughter, creativity, and imagination!

Thrive at Five were joined by the National Literacy Trust, the YMCA, the Circus Man, Party Princesses, and so much more.

GOOD FRIDAY FUN

Our annual Good Friday Fun Day is an event for the whole family and one that our community really do engage with. On Friday 29th March our church opened its doors to 440 people from 10:00am until 12:00pm.

The event included our popular Easter Egg Hunt, bouncy castles, Easter craft, games, face-painting, photo booth and much, much more!

In addition, our Cafe was open serving delicious oatcakes and refreshments.

EASTER SUNDAY

On Easter Sunday we had an All-in Service featuring live music, worship, communion, an Easter quiz, a story and an inspirational Easter message about the Donkey Who Carried a King.
