SUNDAYS

Join us for church on Sundays at 11:00am! Alternatively, you can join us for church online via YouTube. The service starts at 11:00am and usually lasts for approximately 90 minutes. We have a great team of musicians at Breathe who lead praise & worship which is usually followed by a 30 minute preach from one of our leaders. If you are new to Breathe then take a look at our First Visit page as well. We look forward to seeing you and making you feel at home!

SMALL GROUPS

We have a fantastic network of small groups meeting across the area. Our small groups take place on the second and fourth weeks of each month, running on Mondays or Tuesdays or Thursdays and are a great way to get connected with people and encourage one another. We also have specific small groups for our young adults (18-30s).

Small Groups usually include a time of prayer, discussion and often follow a video-based curriculum with plenty of discussion questions to get your teeth into.

If you would like to express interest in joining a small group, you can sign up here.

MEN AND WOMEN

We run various events and activities throughout the year for both men and women including prayer, breakfasts, film nights and input evenings specifically designed to encourage and inspire.

The social events are a great opportunity to invite friends to!

You can find out more about the latest events by visiting our Men’s or Ladies pages.

YOUNG ADULTS [18-30]

Here in Stoke on Trent we have two great universities, Staffordshire University and Keele University. We love to welcome students while they are here to study, as well as when they graduate into young adulthood.

We also run various events and activities specifically for young adults, such as small groups and input nights. Breathe YA also run hangout events after the service on the last Sunday of each month.

YOUTH [11-17]

Whether you’re in secondary school, at college, in sixth form or have just started an apprenticeship then Youth is for you. We have a great team who are passionate about God and about young people.

On the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month (excluding school holidays), we run Awaken from 7:00pm until 8:30pm. Awaken consists of games, activities and plenty of fun and usually includes a short, inspiring message.

We also run Grow Nights on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month (excluding school holidays) from 7:00pm until 8:30pm. Grow Nights are a great opportunity to learn about God and discuss life, faith and God!

CAFE HUB

Our Cafe is open every Tuesday during the school term from 9:30am – 12:00pm for people of all ages to come enjoy a space to relax and chat. We serve toast, crumpets, tea cakes, cheese oatcakes as well as a selection of tea, coffee, and specialty hot drinks.

If you have children with you, there will be a selection of age appropriate toys for young children and babies to enjoy.

You do not need to book in to attend the event and there is no charge; however, we’d encourage you to purchase food and drink from the cafe.

KIDS [Reception – Year 6]

Every Sunday, Breathe Kids Church takes place during the 11:00am service in our Cafe area for those aged 3-11. As you arrive on Sunday, our team will be there to meet you and will give you all the information you require.

For those with younger children, you can utilise our Suite if you wish to supervise your children outside of the service. You can watch the service via a video link whilst your children play with a selection of toys.

Reload is an after school club in the Cafe for children in Primary School and a parent/carer on Tuesdays during term time (3:30-5:00pm). The event consists of activities, craft and a homework corner. Children will receive a light snack such as toast, oatcakes and fruit whereas parents and carers are welcome to enjoy a hot or cold drink.

COMMUNITY

We are passionate about our community and are keen to partner with local organisations such as Abbey Hulton and Carmountside primary schools, New Friars and the Hubb Foundation.

Each year, we usually host a Good Friday Fun Day, a Summer Fun Day and a various Community Family Days during school holidays. All of these events are free-of-charge.

Cafe Hub runs on Tuesday mornings during term time for people of all ages to come enjoy a space to relax and chat. We serve hot drinks and food whilst also providing a selection of toys for little ones.

In addition to this, we are a collection point for Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank.
