God of the Impossible

Special guest, Dan from from Open Doors, shared a number of inspiring stories from the persecuted church around the world as part of his message titled, ‘God of the Impossible’. Just like the first church in the book of Acts, the church of today continues to grow despite violent persecution. In Acts 12, we read about the death of James and Peter’s miraculous escape from prison. Even in the face of persecution, God continues to do impossible things. Nothing is impossible for God; therefore, all that we need to do is trust Him. The church were earnestly praying for the release of Peter and it happened; therefore, it is clear that our responsibility is to fervently pray courageous, even impossible, prayers today.
