In Matthew, chapter 22, Jesus instructed us to, “Love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence.” (Matthew 22:37 MSG) and to love our neighbours as our ourselves. Jesus’ passion drove him to the cross to die for us. His passion caused Him to overcome the devil’s temptations and earthly passions in the wilderness (Matthew 4). In Matthew 21, Jesus’ passion overflowed as He turned over the tables in the temple. This act of passion brought change, challenged religious spirits, promoted intimacy with God and created space for those in need of healing. May this message help you clear out and create space in your own life!
