During our All In service on Sunday 2nd November, Ben Hodgson shares about the tricks of Halloween, and the treats that God offers to us instead. Halloween is a celebration of death, whereas Jesus came to give us life. Halloween tries to trick us that darkness wins, and yet God’s light can never be extinguished. Halloween offers deception, whereas Jesus is truth personified! Finally, Halloween tricks into thinking that Christians are outnumbered and defeated, whereas Jesus holds the ultimate victory over death, sin and the Devil!
