Ever wondered where to start?
Maybe you look at your tasks for the week or the job that you keep putting off and think… where do I begin?
As I considered writing this blog those thoughts began to run through my mind. Then other thoughts such as what do I have to give and why would people listen to me? Do you ever have similar thoughts?
But if we are ever going to achieve anything or live a fulfilled life then we surely have to begin somewhere.
You have to START somewhere.
You have to take a step!
Yes I understand that stuff needs planning out, but after that, it takes someone, somewhere to have a go! What do you want to achieve or what needs doing? You may have mastered the job however find something else challenging. Face it this week, make a choice (include wisdom) and do it.
What stops us, and what can motivate us to START?
It is not about me… but doing what I can do to help others.
This phrase has helped me shift my focus from my insecurities to others who may need help. Yes I believe we can grow in a confidence that comes through knowing Christ Jesus but we all have insecurities that we face.
This week face the thing you have putting off and START somewhere and shift your thinking to others who need help.
A little tip that has helped me to face things that I want to achieve- Project what you want to do through speaking it out… write it down (take a few minutes now) and hold yourself accountable and if you need, ask someone to encourage you!
Take responsibility and START now because you care for others.
