Living as Children of the Light

In this message on Ephesians 4 and 5, Ben unpacks how to live as a Child of Light. If we are adopted into the family of God, we have received a new identity, a new inheritance, a new privilege, and a new status; therefore, we should live differently! We should throw off our old sinful nature and put on our new nature, created to be like God. For example, if you are a thief, you should quit stealing. Instead, use your hands for good hard work, and then give generously to others in need. As Children of Light, we should ensure that our light isn’t too blinding and that we are not judgemental of those who walk in darkness. We should always be humble, gentle and patient, speaking the truth in love.
