The Story of Christmas is a Story of Light

As part of our Christmas Show, Ps Paul Jukes shares about a man called Nicodemus who encountered Jesus. Nicodemus was a man full of earthly knowledge but didn’t yet understand things from above. Much like mixing paint is different to mixing light, we need a different kind of knowledge and understanding in order to be born of God and receive the light. Jesus said, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16) Jesus – the light of the World – came from above to bring light into a dark world and to bring hope to all people.
